hey there alberto, can we talk?

can it wait til tomorrow?

why not now?

Well, i'm kinda tired from getting my ass reamed by the Senate all day.

Well, publicly approving torture and calling the geneva conventions "quaint" will get that response sometimes.

It's not my fault. the Dems in congress are too dumb to know that i'm right. Everyone from Texas says so, and anyone from Texas is never wrong.

those pics from Abu Ghraib do make a pretty good case for osama and his cave-mates.

people in america just don't get it. the "war on terror" isn't a real "war," its just a metaphor. its all a bunch of rhetoric. we texans are big fans of big talk.

you mean like read your lips, i don't support torture.

just cuz we sent a bunch-but-not-enough troops to a foreign country doesn't mean we're actually at war. just cuz a lot of those troops come home in body bags doesn't mean there is a real war going on.

so you do support torture? I'm confused.

its not a real war so technically speaking, the geneva conventions don't even apply. we can't let a little thing like human rights get in the way of world domination. i mean world peace.

that makes sense i guess. why didnt you just say so?

i dont have to. we run the congress, remember?

oh, right. so you think you'll get confirmed?

of course. bush picked me himself. theres nothing you can do. its already preordainificated.
